A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp, email or SMS once your order is shipped.

📍 Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to your address. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, the package may be held at the local depot or returned to our facility. In all such cases, additional re-shipping charges and return handling fees will apply for both domestic (India) and international orders.

We will assist you in tracking your package, but timelines may vary.
While most international orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days, occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as severe weather conditions, flight disruptions, or custom clearance inspections in the destination country. We appreciate your patience in such rare instances.
❌Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please do NOT accept it.
Contact us immediately with photos or videos so we can assist you with replacement or return.
🏠 Change of Address
Address changes are possible only if the order has not been shipped.
Once dispatched, delivery details cannot be modified.
