Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• The product delivered is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product or a missing item.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us with the following details:
• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Photos or videos as proof of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Return Approval
Once your return request is verified and approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
Products that do not meet our return conditions will be rejected.

Condition of Return Items
Returned items must be:
• In original, unused condition
• Packed securely to avoid transit damage
• Complete with all labels, seals, and packaging

Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used supplements
• Items without original packaging
• Free or promotional products
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless received damaged)

Refund After Return
Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
If the product fails inspection, a refund will not be issued.

Wrong or Damaged Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping charges.
Please report such issues immediately with photo/video proof.
