Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately at our support email.

Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered.
• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Request Process
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Email our support team with your order ID, issue details, and supporting images or videos.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
If the item is rejected during inspection due to improper condition, no refund will be issued.

Products without original packaging
Free or promotional items
Items purchased during special sales or discounts (unless damaged on arrival)

Shipping Costs
If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Important Notes
Do not accept deliveries that appear tampered with.
Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to improper storage or misuse after delivery.
